Start or end your day fully connected—with yourself and your team. Experience deep relaxation and reconnection through a soothing guided meditation, optional gentle breathwork, and a calming sound bath with the powerful vibrations of the gong. Leave stress behind, calm your mind, and strengthen the bond within your team.

Office (day) retreat
Throughout the experience, you and your team will bond by exploring practical tools that enhance focus, reduce stress, and foster deeper connection. The program can be customized to your team's needs, with options including workshops on intention and purpose setting, breathwork masterclasses, conscious communication, herbal tea blending, and soothing sound baths.

Weekly regulation practice
On a weekly basis, I work with professionals who are interested in learning practical tools to better manage their energy and reduce stress in daily life. These sessions take place weekly, either online or offline, and can be booked individually or for an entire team.
